This wine was a complete surprise. Frist of all, we had not heard of this grape so our expectation was not that high. But this wine is rich and delicious. Plus, when was the last time you had a Macedonian wine? Let this one be your first.

color - deep purple
aroma - moderate
flavors (smell + taste)
sweetness - dry.
acidity - defined.
oak/toast - caramel, coal.
fruit/floral - blackberries, prunes.
earth/spice - chocolate, mineral, truffles.
body - medium full.
alcohol - 13.3%
tannins - moderate
serving notes - decant and allow to breathe for one hour before serving.
