Here we go, time to test the blog waters and join the 21 century. It's not that I don't appreciate blogs, I do. They are a great way to stay in contact. My problem is finding something to say. So let me start with introductions.
My name is Ted Field and I am one half of abigslice.com. I do the wine. If you have listened to any of the A Year of Wine Podcasts... that's me. I teach wine classes all over the Southeastern U.S. But I'll talk more about those in later entries.
The other half of abigslice.com is Clare Aslaksen. Clare is a cook extraordinaire! She is responsible for the recipes on the website. Her real talent is taking what appears to be an empty pantry, and creating a sumptuous dinner. She is shy, but I hope to get her to blog soon.
