World’s Best Burger
1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
½ onion, finely chopped
½ cup grated sharp cheddar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
1. Allow time for your grill to heat up.
2. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients until combined. Form into four patties.
3. Grill patties for five minutes per side on a hot grill, or until your desired level of doneness. Serve hot on buns with your favorite condiments.
